So ok so short story we got kicked out of the house my SOs grandmother kicked us out even though they get there rent every month. Will the thing is we still loved under his family's roof his mom two brothers and two sisters will were moving to Midland that's where my father and step mom live. Will the thing is all 9 of us are goingame I'm hoping my SO and out girls and I will hopefully and pray to live on our instead of with his mom. But my question is if yall were in that situation still loving with your SO and yall got kicked out would yall bring along them just to help out until yall were living in your own or no.

SO and I both along our girls live under his moms roof. We pay the rent to my SO others grandparents and they own the house.
@amelliaholmes1457 maybe ask why sm the grandmother decide to kick yall out. Shes gotta have a reason. Did yall have a lease agreement on paper?
@mommytoveralang her reason was because there tired and there getting old and the agreement that we have with them is paying the rent which we have.
This is really hard to read but they can’t just kick you out if you’re paying rent. Look up laws in your state. There is no way I’d let someone throw me out on the street with my kids especially if I’m PAYING to be there.
There grandmother owns the house and theres nothing we can do.
Personally I wouldn’t have left the home unless I was served legal documents and if you were paying rent on time then what’s the reason? I would not want to bring them along too many people in one home will lead to confusion somewhere down the line! If you do make it clear that it’s temporary (be clear on how many months even have it in writing)it’s extremely hard to get rid of family that lives with you when you’re ready to move on

Did all 9 of u live in that house yall got kicked out?? And if that was not the agreement with your grandmother then obviously thats breaking the agreement of the rent conditions. And also if u had a lease agreement on paper she can't kick you out unless she had good reasons to do so. But you should just honestly worry about your little family and not everyone else thats involved or having them move with you.
