Absolutely. My daughter was born two years after my grandfather passed away and she says she can see a man name Dave and she says things that she wouldn’t know because she wasn’t around. My papaws name was David but his friends called him Dave. I believe with all my heart that she can see him and that he talks to her.
This happened to me when I was a child. My uncle died right before I was born and we lived in the house he had built and also died in. I remember some things but most of it my mom told me as I got older. She said i would talk about a man named Leonard and would constantly go to the kitchen and look up and jabber to someone and reach like for them to pick me up. I remember seeing him a few times but it had seemed like dreams. I never knew it was him until I found a picture in an old china cabinet he had in the dining room when my mom was going through his old pictures and wood work and I told my mom it was Leonard. She ended up telling me years later when I was older that he never would let anyone in the bottom of the China cabinet because he had many personal items and that all night that night he had talked to me because I wouldn’t stay away from the dining room or go to sleep that night. She had told me even after her turning the lights out I’d still go in there and jabber to someone who wasn’t even there.
I actually don’t know how but all those years I’ve hung onto that picture. (Honest to god I lost everything multiple times due to moving and loosing a storage unit 3 different times when my parents was going through divorce) and just the other day I found it in a old bag. The picture is so old it’s black and white.
I honestly think my son did, he use to say he was playing with a man named bill and that name means nothing to me but he would describe what he looked like and I would hear him talking to them he would even say the man lived in our house and would walk up and down our stairs use to creep me out but he hasn’t talked about him in awhile 🤷🏻♀️

Like I said. I only see them.if they want me to see them. Like I saw my godmother right before I even found out she had passed.
I was only scared of one at my grandma's but other than that I usually don't see the bad ones
