Ok so I just tested my blood sugar I haven't eaten anything or had anything to drink since 4 am. My body is confusing me.

@dianne1211, I think that’s why it’s been so high. You’re going so long in between meals and then having something like coke or high carbs causes it to spike

Hmm. I am not sure what is considered high if it isn’t gestational diabetes (and 4 over what my fasting number is supposed to be at daily as gestational).. but I feel that diabetes in general is confusing as hell. My numbers are all freaking over the place!
@dianne1211, my best friend has type 1 and I am not sure what her fasting numbers typically are. But that surprises me you didn’t have to take a test after your son to see if your blood sugars were still high. I got told I have to redo the 2h glucose test at 6w postpartum. 😩
@dianne1211, I would probably ask to take a glucose test or the uhhh I think it is called like ac1 test or something that can kinda see where your blood sugars have been the past few months just to be sure.
