So me, my partner, brother and sister in law are all thinking of a long weekend in Spain in October. I feel really up for it to let my hair down but the thought of leaving my 18 month old ( 21 months if I go) is sickening. Any advice would be helpful. I’m not a great flyer so I always fear the plane crashing and fearing I won’t see my daughter again 😭very bad anxiety. Advice please xx
