3 days after I delivered my precious baby and I just feel this worry about everything. Been crying all day because every little thing scares me like wat if I'm doing everything wrong its my first baby. On top of that we got hit with a 7.1 earthquake 2nd one since baby has been born. And I'm not producing much milk. Everything coming at me at once I'm just stressed and anxious.

I'm okay. I think the hardest part is getting sleep at night. But I'm staying positive everything will get better. Hoping me and baby start a strong bond. Thank you 💜

@andreapena26, it will definitely get better. It helps me to remember that everything is a stage. At some point they will sleep longer, then through the night, then in their own room, etc. 💙 our little guy made me quite sleep deprived in the first week, then he started staying awake during the day more and sleeping slightly longer stretches at night.

Your hormones are all out of wack. I remember feeling so weird and didn’t know if I’d feel like myself again. It takes time but every settles down.

What you are feeling is really normal. Hormones post birth are freaking crazy. I would just cry for no reason feeling so overwhelmed with emotion. Get any and all help you can so you can sleep. You need it! Try not to worry about your milk - it won't have properly come in yet, your babies stomach is the size of a marble. Feed feed feed and you will produce more. lots of skin to skin because the hormones benefit you as well. xx This is an exhausting time but it passes by so quickly! Stay strong. you got this! xxx

Try to make time for you, shower, do a mask, paint your nails.. anything to make it easier.. trust me.. sleep is important too, sleep as much as you can, and eat as much as you can.. and take vitamins!!!! Talk to someone if you are feeling over whelmed, or if you notice your feelings aren’t getting better.. I went through postpartum depression and anxiety and I’m still battling with my anxiety... I wasn’t eating or sleeping.. and my relationship wasn’t healthy so it added more than what I needed.. but I am here if you need anyone to listen to you

@andreapena26, you’re very welcome, and remember that you are doing great, don’t be so hard on yourself, cause that has a lot to do with it as well momma

It’s okay! You’re okay! 💙 I have felt/feel the same way! Normally hits me in the evening, but I completely understand how you feel. Just remember to breathe through it all. It make me feel better by talking about my feelings, it sounds silly, and most of the time my feelings were so conflicting and didn’t make sense. But getting them out really helped! Knowing you’re being heard makes all the difference. 💙 it will get better mama!
