100.4 is a fever. I would highly recommend taking his temperature rectally. He is probably sluggish bc his little body is fighting something. But he doesn’t need meds. Fever is good, it means his immune system is working the right way. If his fever was higher than 101 and he was crying and cranky, then maybe medicate; but it’s not necessary

I just read a article after having 9kids " its not about the temp its about the way they child is acting 100 can be bad if baby's is acting latergic baby could have 102 and be jumping off the couch . its all about how their acting
