That’s very sad. It can happen in any parking lot. I’m am adamant about holding my son’s hand when we are in or near a parking lot but I see a lot of kids just running wild sometimes. Tragic accident for everyone 😔

I've seen people back up not pay attention I yell real loud. When I go across a parking lot I put myself toward the cars backing up. Just so sad reading things like this. Poor baby.

I’ve actually seen that happen in my church parking lot to a 3 year old boy. The mom had 6 children and they all ran crazy and the pastors wife was backing out of a parking spot and ran him over. Thankfully he survived with minor injuries he had to wear a neck brace for some reason but his neck was okay he did however fracture his arm. People need to pay attention while they drive
