Omg omg omg, I’m beyond excited right now. My sil, bil and their twins, boy and girl, just bought a new house today!! So instead of being about 45-55mins away they will be only 20-25mins away from our house!! We don’t get to see them that much because of the distance and conflicting schedules but I know when they are closer we will see a lot more of each other!! Fingers crossed everything like inspection, appraisal go well for them!! Also they are about 5mins from my mom and 10mins from my twin sister!
