For ALL the “I’m not a morning person” moms; I came across this blog on Pinterest that was talking about these 3 apps you can download to get your body & mind going in the morning. See I wake up & im so tired & sluggish everyday. I get nervous, I have anxiety, depression... sometimes I feel like I just waste my whole day. These 3 apps have been AMAZING this past week and a half and it only take 20 minutes to do all 3 & feel GREAT. Download these & get on them in the morning, but most importantly IN ORDER.

1) 7M Workout
2) Luminosity
3) Breathe
* I do the free versions of each of them. 1) 7M Workout does 30second workouts to get your body moving. 2) Luminosity gives me a few challenging yet healthy & fun brain games to get my mind out of that sleepy mode. 3) Breathe has been helping me with mindfulness & connecting with my spirit. I’m able to check my mood and see my progress. I like that it puts me in the mood I would like to be.

I’m a married, stay home, mother of 5 kids. I cannot depend on my family & i do it alone with my husband. I’m usually stuck in my house all day taking care of EVERYONE but me. But these... these are for me & id like to share them with you. You don’t have to feel as I do or live as I do use these apps but I strongly suggest them to ALL moms... expecially the ones that feel forgotten from time to time...

Thanks! I workout and wake up early but I still struggle a lot in the morning, I will try this tomorrow morning !
