Castor oil can kill your baby if you take it. I’ve known it to happen to someone. Please don’t take that shit!
I had a friend that did it a yr ago when she was pregnant & nothing bad happened to her or baby. I wouldn't reccomend it tho, as the cons outweigh the pros. You're almost there girl try bouncing on a yoga ball, sex, stimulating your nipples also helps. I know my Dr asked if I wanted to be induce last pregnancy at 39w I told her yes! Maybe you should ask your Dr about getting induced. Good luck!

My boyfriend gave me a massage and I went into labor the next day. My MIL told him not to do it because it would induce labor and I guess she was right. I was only one cm dilated and 39 weeks one day

No, no and no. Please don't even consider castor oil. It can cause a laxitive effect not only on you, but on baby, causing them to pass meconium in utero which can lead to septicemia and death. A lady on here lost her baby to castor oil, as have many other women. You have a few weeks left at most. It's not worth the risk at any stage of pregnancy, let alone on the home stretch.

I didn’t do too much homework on it and all the homework I did was for a week and a few days (about two weeks) everything I kept finding was yes it’s safe and blah blah blah which is BULL SHIT!! When I was pregnant of my daughter and I took it and I am so blessed to say that nothing happened to her but if someone would’ve told me not to do it and explained to me why not I wouldn’t have done it! If I could go back to that day I wouldn’t take it because it can kill the baby! Don’t shame me for taking it because I didn’t know please! TRY Lots of sex with REAL orgasms and him finishing inside of you and lots of walking dancing etc!!
It's basically a violent laxative that causes you to shit until you're dehydrated. The dehydration triggers contractions which induces labor. It's extremely dangerous and most people will advise against it. You're so close to the finish line girl i know its hard but I'm sure you want the best for your baby!

Someone here lost her child for using it. It was so so sad. Your time is limited- just wait. I carried my first to 42 weeks. In the middle of summer where the temp was 105° every day for that last month. My baby was 9lbs. I was huge.. I get it - you’re over it. But it’s just way to risky.
When I was a week over due with my first, I asked my OB what I could do to help move things along, and he said, “do whatever you want to try. But, I swear to you, Do not even think about trying caster oil.”
I didn’t take the oil ladies thanks for the concerns but I just needed a second opinion
