Don’t let anyone call you a selfish mother if you need sleep or self care. I’m pregnant trying to take a nap at my in laws and my toddler threw a full size unopened pack of wipes at my head, bit me 4 times, and tried to poke my eyes out because he didn’t want me to sleep.
