What does it mean when your milk comes out clear?? And how can I change it??

It’s probably just the foremilk you are seeing. As you continue to pump/nurse in a feeding, the milk should get more white/fatty I think. Look up foremilk & hindmilk.

It’s foremilk. Keep pumping or nursing and it’ll get richer and creamier.
