They did the hearing test in my room he was sleeping on my chest the only time he left my room was to get circumcised

I work in the newborn nursery and we do the hearing, PKU, and congenital heart test all at the same time on night shift. We also give them a bath. I always wait and tell my moms to call me when they would like an hour or so to themselves to shower or what not and then I take them. I’m all about doing it on moms time.

Yeah they have all the equipment in this one room and some times the moms let the babies go in there just in case they need some sleep every hospital is different
