@nadi.1, I was once there. Looking for happiness. Thinking things or people can make me happy. It took me months to change that idea. A lot of self awareness a lot of healing. Meditating. Journaling. Setting boundaries. Not stretching my self thin. Self love. Self care. Itβs not easy whatsoever but once you decide that you need different you have to fight everyday to reprogram your subconscious. Your subconscious is what control your life.
