Has anyone tried for a 2nd baby when their first was 6 month old? How did it go? If you conceived how was it when baby arrived?

Our first was born April 2015 and our second November of 2016. They are 19 months apart. We started trying again as soon as my period returned. He was almost 7 months old when we found out we were pregnant again. We would have had 3 under 3 but we lost that baby at 14 weeks. Our third son is 22 months younger than our second. All 3 boys are very close. The older two love helping and playing with the baby. A couple of monthd after our third was born our oldest asked when his sister was coming out lol still not pregnant but we are trying again.
Well I wasn’t trying but I found out I was pregnant with my son when my daughter was 7 months old. They are best friends. I was scared my daughter would be jealous with a new baby but I included her when doing stuff with him. I let him sit on her lap (safely) and she “helped” me feed him. Babies only know love at first. So including them and sharing that love is important. Sure she’s a big sister and teases him sometimes but she adores him.
All I know is our Princess was almost 4 month's when we got pregnant.
We tried since our baby was about 4-5 months baby turned one a couple weeks ago I just found out I’m pregnant again , I believe the only reason it took that long because I have been breastfeeding around the clock so it delayed my period.
We tried when our girl was 2 months old. Got pregnant when she was 3 months old ! Currently due on her first birthday !
