Im getting braxton hicka contractions off and on but im also feeling pressure down there with every braxton hicks annyone had this happen

is it cramps or braxton hicks im supposed to be counting? or both? whats the difference?
I know this sounds silly...this is my third child im having...i be 37wks tomorrow...i do NOT know the difference between braxton hicks n contractions...i mean at 37wks they wouldnt be braxton hicks rite?
Anyone have any tricks to calm down Braxton Hicks? Im suffering over here.... Lol. 😨
