There’s something really comforting about feeling like you’re home when you’re actually away from home. #AD I travel a ton with work with my business bestie, so I’m always looking to feel comfortable and cozy wherever I stay since it’s not always easy to leave my family.

@VeraSweeney and I just recently stayed at @ChoiceHotels for a recent work trip to Hershey, PA. We run 3 businesses together and since we don’t actually live near each other (she’s in NY and I’m in RI), we’re always looking for the best and easiest ways to collaborate and see each other in person. We love picking a destination and then meeting there to work on everything and anything for 2-3 straight days.

We get SO MUCH done in a short amount of time because we (literally) don’t leave the hotel. We work and work and work and since we always have fun together, it’s like being away with family. She’s actually my true work family and I love that about us and our relationship.

My big thing is comfort. I need to feel comfortable when I work. Whenever I’m staying at Comfort Hotels, I don’t leave the bed! I work from there and I sleep in there. It’s kind of “my” thing because who wouldn’t want to work in a pile of soft and cozy pillows? But that’s not it! Comfort Hotels also offer free Wi-Fi, a gorgeous fitness center (which I utilize in the mornings), a business center (great for printing needs), complimentary breakfast in the morning and beautiful large rooms to spread out in. You can’t go wrong here and they’ve done an exceptional job refurbishing the lobbies and the guest rooms!
