The hospital said my baby was fine before they realeased him they was saying something about him having jaundice but said he didnt need the lights but i see he does have a little yellow tint to his skin and eyes i am a little worried ....thank god we go to the doctors today

Agreed^ make sure he’s getting milk to flush it out & also set him next to a window! the hospital had me do this with my son for his low level jaundice, something about the sunlight helps them!

It probably wasn't a high enough level for them to do any intervention. Keep feeding him his milk and it will flush out of his system on its own.

I keep my baby next to the window in some sun quite a few times a day as well as being sure she was getting enough food to clean it out of her. I called because I was worried because of the yellow in her eyes & what I could see on her face but that was really it & they said it was normal. Within 24 hours, it was basically completely gone. She had a check up that next day which made me feel better too.
