How long did it take your kids adult teeth to come in after losing a tooth? My son is going on a month with no front top teeth and not even coming through. Hadn’t really thought anything about it until the kid tried to eat corn. 😂 he’s lost the bottom teeth and those grew in shortly after being lost. These top front teeth just don’t want to come in. Gonna have to make him a dentist appointment.
