Hey anyone have any good baby food (mash) recipes for ages 4 to 6 months!!?
Keep it simple .. steam/boil individual veggies/fruits and puree them with a lil of the water you use to steam/boil them.
I did this until 6 or 7mths then started mixing and doing recipes once I knew no allergies were present.
Some allow 4 months if they’re ready in pediatrics :) congrats if you got your doctors go ahead :3 and they’re showing readiness ссылка

When they’re older you can also use breastmilk for when you introduce cooked foods if you felt comfortable with using it over regular milk just a suggestion and you can try watermelon purée at around 8 months
Babies shouldn’t be eating solids until after 6 mos when they can sit up unassisted. A 4/5 mo old’s little tummy cannot yet digest foods properly.
Once baby is old enough you can slowly introduce basic vegetables and fruits. Avocado is great, banana, steamed sweet potato, mushy steamed broccoli. No seasoning is necessary
Apples and peas pureed together are an interesting combo, kinda sweet and nutritious. Keeping it simple for now is key, banana or avocado - my son loved and still loves avocados and bananas... and spinach!
