I’m very disappointed with my head supervisor at work. We have issues with one guard who is very disrespectful to everyone especially the weekend supervisor. So on Friday, the normal guards who relieve me from my post was a fucking hour late to work. So they sent this very disrespectful ass guy to relieve me and me my co-worker was sitting at dispatch he going say bye y’all can get fuck out now so I told him I was telling the weekend supervisor what he said he’s going disrespect me again and call me lab rat which basically is a stitch. So I contacted the main supervisor about the issue and she contacts another guard and not me. Sold other guard who witnessed him talk shit she contacted him to ask him what happened he told her and she said y’all write a report and we did. Well told his still disrespecting weekend supervisor cutting off the computer while she’s helping patients. I guess she ended up leaving work because of the situation and she bought up the reports me and my coworker wrote and she going tell the weekend supervisor I don’t believe anything carter say because of y’all friends. Bitch what does that suppose to mean?

So I just woke up from my nap to this very rude message from my baby fathers sister this is the second time one of his sisters has said some very rude disrespectful things to me , I already told him about it & he addressed the situation but I feel a type of way , I'm so upset I don't even know what to say back to her without getting real rude & disrespectful how would you ladies handle the situation ?
