ok so I've done the whole sex first week after birth, I've done the whole sex 4 weeks after birth and sex almost 2 months after birth... I understand infections can happen knock on wood never happened... but my question is can I put a tampon on for a few hours and be semi safe?? i want in my hot tub but I'm literally only 1 week 3 days pp.... my blood went from the heavy to almost gone to red period looking... so I cant get in with nothing :/

Hot tubs are a breeding ground for bacteria no matter how clean you personally keep your own
I would say no. They even recommend for your first period after post partum bleeding to use pads
I personally wouldn’t. Is your obgn opened? Maby you can get a nurse to answer your question over the phone?
