I feel so ashamed of this buuuut I wanted to know if any of you ladies suffer from back acne and if so, what has worked for you? This pregnancy is kicking my ass. Thank you!!

I had them for the first and only time when I was pregnant with my daughter and I had my husband take a loofa and scrub my back every other day. Lots of soap and I used just plain old dove soap unscented. Nothing else worked for me. After she was born it slowly went away and not 1 now and no marks from them either 😁
