workout ideas? not at a gym, all at my home...

I always liked yoga. The DownDog app is an excellent way to learn. It might not burn calories so quickly, but you can definitely work up a sweat if you're dedicated. 😊 it's also incredibly calming and positive!

Use the baby!! Lol there's a ton of workouts on pinterest with the little one.

I recommend Zumba too. Super fun, but a good workout!

I started Zumba yesterday. It's hard af to learn the steps but I'm gonna stick with it and see how I go. I've got 60lbs to lose.
