Anyone familiar with this kind of a rash? It started on her ear last week and is spreading. Nurses diagnosed over the phone as contact dermatitis... is that what it looks like? I may call them again.

Looks like normal baby acne to me. Pp mentioned dairy allergy my second had (and still does at 7 yo) have a dairy allergy and hers was way worse and very noticeably irritated.
