Only thing I can suggest, is what I did a while ago. Seriously filter your followers, delete any that your Not sure about. Post pictures to your followers only and be sure to watermark them. I was skeptical for awhile about posting pics anymore, but decided I shouldn't have to feel that way and decided that this would be my safe option without totally having to refrain from sharing pics. Just a suggestion if you really want to share your bub when they're born. I know it's exciting and you want to show them off.
