I can't do this any more iv got to go to a Dr and get meds its not ok I think of suicide multiply times a day...
Its not ok that every little thing pisses me off and when I'm mad my first thought is walk in front of traffic...
Sadly I doubt my Dr will help so I will have to see a nurse practitioner for it my Dr has said she has no idea how to help and keeps saying I need shock therapy on my brain 😭😭😭😭

Have you ever been on any anti depression medicine? That dr sounds crazy and it is not that hard to get put on them if that is what you want. Hopefully you can find a better dr or the nurse can help you. But I'd also look into if your insurance covers some counseling, everyone tells me it helps so much.

@katelynn, that’s why you should switch drs sounds like this one has used all her options maybe someone eles will have new opinions and techniques that could help. Every dr is different
Your doc sounds insane. Go to a therapist. Get help. You are worth more and mean more than you head is leading you to believe. 💜💜
Iv been going to therapy onand off since I was 8 I will be 24 this year I had one therapist say I was the devil when I was 16 and at 21 almost 22 that therapist told me my daughter was not a good enough reason to not commit suicide so iv never had a good experience with therapy
If your doctor really said that you need to report her asap

@katelynn, yeah I always call them to switch they have a list of who’s taking their insurance and new patients they’ll even call and set up your first appointment for you
Ive dealt with it get another dr and ask for Paxil unless your pregnant. It worked wonders for me.
