I download app be fit 21 and I do the exercises they give me for 21 days I do 10 laps of those exercises and eat normal just less chips and soda since that's junk food other then that that's pretty much it I'm actually going to start doing the apple cider vinegar with limon honey and hot water tomorrow I'll keep u up dated see if that works @bunny7133
