My daughter hates eating veggies but i tell her if she doesnt eat them then she wont get her tablet or candy only way she eats them lol

Make meat patties and throw in an egg, ground flaxseed, and puréed spinach. Make your own veggie patties. I use a recipe that calls for cornmeal, shredded carrots and zucchini, and I throw in peas. My kids love pancakes and patties so I try to mix them up. If you’re making pancakes use milk instead of water and add an egg for extra protein.
