Anytime I have a craving for really bad food I watch a mukbang compilation on YouTube and it kills any cravings immediately. Best diet tip I know, honestly. I'm too scared to research the trend or whatever it is, but I don't understand it at all... they consume huge amounts of food and don't even seem to enjoy it?? How could you, shoving half a sub sandwich into your mouth in one bite?? Definitely the most bizarre youtuber community I've come across...
