First of all, shop in the produce section. 😊 then Google recipes you can make with whatever veggies you have. I know this is vague lol but I sometimes come across the coolest things by just looking at what I can do with what I have. Usually any kind of rice stir fry is awesome too 🙂 oh and if you have an instant pot, get yourself a bag of quinoa and look up quinoa salad. I have a really good quinoa recipe if you want I can message it to you.
If you eat pork, dairy or red meat cut that out. Replace it with more healthier options like turkey bacon, almond milk etc you’ll be feeling amazing. Or you can even meal prep for the week!! Good luck.
