My son will not eat hardly anything! He wont eat fruits or any veggies he refuses too drink milk or eat cheese & yogurt. He wont eat bread or much pasta as well. He will eat some meats and loves chicken and most things with potatoes. Im beyond stressed and have tried everything. He refuses everything and he's not getting the vitiam he needs. All he wants to drink is apple juice 24/7. I try giving him milk and he will sip it a little and scream and cry until he gets juice. Anyone have any advice? I'm beyond lost and frustrated with this.

My daughter’s appetite isn’t up there either. Like she’ll eat a little but not much and it’s making me nervous. I feel like she’s not getting what she needs
That's me. He eats a little through out the days but hes not getting the fruits veggies dairy or anything he needs and hes already on the small side so im starting to worry.

What about oatmeal? My son was beyond picky and had some food allergies but he always was okay with eating it. With the juice start diluting it. More and more until you only putting a splash of juice mixed with the water.
@brook., I ended up having to take my son to a swallowing doctor. He was so bad with good textures. 😫
@amouryaya09 the only thing i know he really doesnt like is eggs and oatmeal bc he actually gags but everything else he'll take a bite and just spit it out or won't touch it again.

I made my first smoothies or fresh juice and snuck some veggies in them slowly. Worked most of the time 😊
