You're fine. Everyone carries different and people need to mind their own. Your bump is adorable and if anyone has anything else to say just ignore it. I didn't really show with my first until around 7 months.

the bump will pop in no time, I still felt small around 25 weeks and now I'm 32 weeks and I'm huge
