Ladies what can I do about bleeding gums? I understand it’s apart of my hormones but still

Soft bristles, get a water pick, and use mouthwash. Pregnancy was rough on my gums too but those things helped a lot.

Is that why my gums have been bleeding so bad!?! I had no idea!!

Keep up with flossing. Pregnancy gingivitis is a thing and the less you floss the worse it gets
