Having to much pain in abdominal area my back is really fucking killing me my left side of my neck hurts pluse I have an ingrown tooth sideways popping out and it hurts😭😭😭😭 going to the er today

Had an ultrasound this morning and my baby didn’t have a heart beat. The baby passed at 7 weeks 4 days. My heart hurts.
