All you really can do is save proof that she is with you more during the year than with him and hope you file first. Does he have her SSN and other information? If he does file and try to claim her I believe you can fight it.

Claim her even if he does the irs will investigate who gets to claim her as long as you can prove you have her more than 50% of the year you will get to claim her.
But I think it is different if he pays her medical insurance it’s supposed to be every other year he gets to claim her but that’s here in nd idk about where you are
But because they investigate it will take longer to get taxes back

If he has her 6 months out of the yr he can. Buy if you have full custody of her then he legally can't. If you know where he does his at you can take them the papers or file as soon as you get yours

if you have a lawyer then they can fix something up that he can't clam her and if he does then he has to give you the money
