does therapy REALLY help? im thinking about it because im reaching a breaking point.
I think it does if you get the right therapist. If your not feeling the one your going to, I wouldn’t hesitated to find a different one.
Yes. It will help as much as you are open to it. Believe in the process and give it your A game and it can do wonders. I hope you’re okay!!! Im not sure if it’s couple therapy or individual for just you, but also, just getting some time alone can do wonders- maybe go get coffee with a friend or take a run/walk all by yourself.
