For me it did not but I think that's because the therapist I had didn't seem like she didn't really care to listen to what I had to say so it made me feel like I needed to shut down and I didn't get anything out of the therapy
Yes. It will help as much as you are open to it. Believe in the process and give it your A game and it can do wonders. I hope you’re okay!!! Im not sure if it’s couple therapy or individual for just you, but also, just getting some time alone can do wonders- maybe go get coffee with a friend or take a run/walk all by yourself.
