Plantamos 25.500 mudas de 100 espécies diferentes para recuperar mais de 15 hectares de Mata Atlântica, com o intuito de ajudar a melhor a qualidade das águas dos rios e lagos na região de Campinas e Bahia.
A Mata Atlântica é uma das florestas mais ricas do mundo em biodiversidade, mas atualmente também é um dos biomas mais ameaçados de extinção do planeta. #diadamataatlantica 🌱 ✨🌳
I was so happy and proud to plant the first tree in the Gisele Bundchen forest, back in 2008.
To recover 15 hectares of Atlantic Forest, we planted 25,500 seedlings, which included 100 different species. Our goal was to improve the water quality of the rivers and lakes in the region of Campinas and Bahia.
The Atlantic Forest is rich in biodiversity but is currently one of the most endangered biome on the planet. #atlanticforestday

I need some support ladies. After a month of bf/pumping My boobs still just cannot regulate my milk. I have tried literally everything under the sun and I am in SO MUCH PAIN all the time. Even though I've gotten my supply down, the pain hasn't decreased at all. I still get so hard and painfully engorged that I just cry. I'm also worried my mastitis has returned.
