I need some tips to flatten my tummy
Exercise routines, creams, types of waist trainers, anything! Let me know what you ladies have done to get rid of your mom belly!
I’ve never tried waist trainers I don’t really understand how they work. Diet and exercise has helped me lose some weight and some inches around my belly and butt/thigh area
Cams is right. Barre workout is great for core and balance. Crunches, planks stuff like that will help. I’m working on getting rid of my belly fat too. I do both body pump and barre. Body pump is weights and barre, like I said is core and balance.
Unfortunately you can’t really target one spot for weight loss. Exercise is great for dropping lbs but the key is your diet. You can work out all you want but if you still eat like crap, you’re not going to see results.
