I knew when i went for my first ultrasound and the doctor couldn't find the baby or aby heart beat. There was a sac and placenta tho 🤷🏽♀️ and i had all the symptoms of a normal pregnancy

I was starting to get symptoms but as I’ve started my period they’ve been slowly going away
