Okay ladies advice needed !!

My fiancé has a court hearing against my sister in a few days because they got into an argument and he went to walk away and she attacked him (physically) she has told ALL our neighbors that he beat the shit out of her leaving bruises when he NEVER touched her... she has also sent people to his work to fight him because of her lies...

I am the ONLY witness that has seen everything and what it looks like to me is my dad and sister wants me to leave my fiancé

My sister has FILLED my dads head with a bunch of BS police orders she’s not allowed around my fiancé but she was in his work and all he said to the other work was “I’m going into the back” and he was loading up a cart and she came home told my dad that my fiancé made a huge scene in his work yelling at her etc...

Of course I tried talking to my dad and he believes her so he’s hating my fiancé more and more now because of her...

My dad said if my fiancé gets a restraining order against her then me him and the kids have to leave because that’s his daughter 🙄

Now mind you our father is very sick he can’t care for himself at all so me and my fiancé have been taking care of him and every time he’s admitted in the hospital we are the only ones there not my sister she also stole his bank card before too

I told him if I did all that stuff she pulled he would have threw me out on the streets again like last time and he had no response at all... he’s been being very lenient my sister when she doesn’t do a damn thing for him....

It’s like they want me to leave my fiancé because of him and my sister hating eachother.

The fight started because he doesn’t want my sister around our kids because she had cys in her life for 4yrs for child abuse and neglect etc... she some how got away with it and my sister doesn’t respect that and neither does my dad...

She comes up here and takes my son whenever she pleases and doesn’t tell me at all... I had my neighbor watch my son the other day because I had to take trash out and I turn around she doesn’t have him and she told my sister grabbed and ran down her house with him...

We are number 7 on the waiting list for an apartment up here cause I wanted to be close to my dad because he’ll die if nobody is here to care for him I know my sister won’t but my fiancé wants to move to Ohio and I told him I didn’t want to do that yet because we aren’t prepared for that... like I want us to save up for a vehicle and get furniture and all that first before moving somewhere else...

If we move to Ohio would it be wrong for me to cut my dad and my sister out of our lives after all the pain they’ve caused us ???

I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Her fiancé does not want kids, at lease for another 3-5 years he said... so she came up with the idea to have me pee on a stick for her and show it to him so that he’ll be comfortable with not wearing a condom and finishing in her.. basically the whole idea is to make him think she’s pregnant already...... so I do this favor for her or should I tell my girl to chill? He and my husband are friends through us and he’s going to invite him over tonight and run it by him...

3RD UPDATE: What would you do? Ok, so we have these new neighbors they have been there renting the house 2 doors down for about 3 months or so. They have a 2 year old boy, he just turned two. They have asked me to babysit him on multiple occasions, just so happens I've been busy each time. In my mind, they don't know me or anything about me. Barely know my name and they want me to watch their kid because they see I have kids and stay home. Apparently they haven't had any luck with the babysitters they have had. Well his sister just moved in and she had the little boy all morning. I get a text at 11 from the mom asking if I can come get the boy because the sister needs to leave to work on her car?.... I told her I would but was on my way to the store and would be back at 12 and would get him then. So I get back and the sister brings him over. He doesn't know me at all, but he is a very good little boy. I had no problems with him the whole time. So here is my question, I watched him from 12 to 530, the mom texted at 2 and asked how much I told her 10-15 just because I'm nice. If it was me in that situation on such short notice and someone saving my ass to watch my kid I would give them 15-20 if they said 10-15. So the dad picked him up and said the mom would pay when she got home. I just texted and asked her because she's been home since 6 (now it's 930) if she was bring over the money, I was super nice about it. She said her husband had to go to the bank, so he went and came back and then she texted me that it was on the front porch. They gave me $8. Like really? I just find this super weird. Would you be kinda thrown back by this also? I definitely learned my lesson and won't be "helping out" anymore. I just thought this was nuts.
