Sadly 😭😭 I’ve been having to wear a super tampon and a super pad because the flow is so heavy. It’s gross.

mine was normal until my c section. Now they’re super heavy and I have to take iron pills. I couldn’t imagine 12 days tho. That’s so unfair

@mombie., normally it’s just a week. But this is the first time in a year and 7 months that I have gotten my period. My obgyn told me to expect heavy bleeding and bad cramps because of the paragaurd iud
