If you have anything stating or notarized that your mom would put that in your name helps ? They wouldn’t be able to sell without your consent or signature

@mychemicalshaymance it's technically in my dad's name who passed away until Tuesday and if my mom changes it over to just hers or anyone without me then I'm super screwed
