Woke up with a very strong headache that I’ve had all day all we have at home is ibuprofen I don’t know what to drink cause of my pregnancy. Any suggestions?

I had the world's worst migraine when pregnant with shooting pain like I have never felt before. I was desperate and did not want to take any pills but my brother told me to take a shot of coffee black and my headache was instantly gone. I dont drink coffee before or after the baby but for some reason it worked. I know caffeine isnt good when you pregnant but I figured a shot of some was better then any chemicals or crazy stuff in pills. It worked for me.
Don't take ibuprofen. Though the biggest risk is in the third trimester its still not recommended. You can take tylenol.
I heard about this yet they had me taking it because my cervix was short I don't take it anymore tho since everything was looking fine last time they measured

Same. Depending on where your head hurts it can be different causes. Mine is tension
