I have so much of an oversupply it's ridiculous. My son's been nursing about ever 2hrs for 15-20mins each time, I also have to pump between each because I get so full. I'm already starting to get engorged

Pumping so soon after birth can cause an oversupply because it tricks your body in to thinking you need more milk than you do.
At least I need the milk stocked up for when I go back to work 😂 before I even started pumping I was getting so full my son couldn't latch
@ejwsmomma120215, I would say continue doing what you’re doing! Since you’ll need the milk for work anyways, and you never know when supply may dip in the future. It’s tough to keep up supply when pumping. Freeze and label all this liquid gold momma!
I agree. If you have a hakka pump you can create a stash without creating oversupply.
Oh I am, there's like 5 bags in there already with 4oz each!
