I've dilated 1 centimeter!!!! Help me I wanna get to 3 so my doctor can break my water in 2 weeks. Give me some advice ladies

Natural food stores or any grocery store should have it. Just don't get red rasberry tea. It has to say red rasberry leaf tea.

Go walking, bounce on an exercise ball, do some squats, have sex, eat spicy food and pineapple and drink some red rasberry leaf tea.

@2boyzndme, lol well sex helps. 3 days before my due date my son was here already. That time around I did it without knowing I didn’t think my water would pop. Lmaoo when my water broke my husband thought it was me “finishing” after sex. The whole situation was funny

I would just move around more like cleaning & maybe squats. And nipple stimulation. Baby will definitely come, I was shocked how much I had dilated with my daughter just from cleaning & sweeping my membrane. I was about 38 weeks when that happened tho

It's just like a Pap to me, uncomfortable for a quick sec or 2 and you do cramp and spot just a little but it isnt unbearable cramps. I've gotten it done every pregnancy

Since you are only 36 weeks I would only recommend walking. You wouldnt want to do things that would make you go into labor before 38 weeks. Baby still has a lot of growing to do. Also yoga or stretching is good too. Good luck! 🤰

My doctor told me I was fine to go ahead and get the ball rolling but not to actually go into labor lol that's why I said in 2 weeks!!! I have an autistic son and I don't wanna leave him to long. When I was induced with him I was in the hospital for 5 days I can't leave him that long

@2boyzndme I totally get that. I still only recommend walking and stretching. When you hit the 38 week mark then start bouncing on a ball or on the edge of your bed, squats, and sex.
