I’m starting to dread going to work. Mainly because I rather be home. Working in a hospital for 12hrs can get tiring especially during pregnancy. I can’t wait to go part time. Need a new job .

Maternity leave
Sorry ladies if this has already been asked but when are you guys going on maternity leave? I was thinking about working all the way up until my due date but with my work schedule, I may take it earlier
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

1* F outside. Is that a reasonable excuse to call out of work ?? JK I work in HVAC so I have to go in, this is ??? kind of weather.
