Any other moms that were told they had low lying placenta but it corrected itself throughout the pregnancy? I was told I did today but that a lot of times it’ll fix itself as the baby grows, but of course I freak myself out about it lol
@xryztalroze, she didn’t use the term placenta previa she said low lying which is apparently the same thing and I can’t recall everything she said bc she told me it should be fine so I just brushed it off until I googled it lol so I don’t remember if she said it was covering all or just part of my cervix.
@raisingradicks15 Ok, so if she wasn't worried, don't stress yourself. My midwife was nonchalant about things but had to tell me because of propriety and policy. When I needed to worry she told me upfront. Until she was worried I knew things were ok. I hope it moves up for you and that you get good news at your next check!!! Once it moves up it will never move down, so you'll be in the clear.
I panicked as well. But it fixed itself eventually . The er doctor made it sound like my babe wasn’t gonna make it but that’s not the case at all. It’ll fix itself
They told me this last baby I had last yr. Yes I panicked and freaked out but it did fix itself.
That’s helpful. I hope it corrects itself it’s just annoying having to wait to know lol
Yes! And when they did the second ultrasound to check, it had moved and I was able to have a safe, natural delivery.
