There is nothing you can do unfortunately other than monitor your bleeding and contact your doctor and have a scan.
The good news is brown usually means old blood. Bright red heavy bleeding with clots and cramps is more worrying. I wouldn't go to urgent care despite how stressed you must be feeling because there is little they can do and you will wait for hours for nothing.
That being said, there are many reasons for bleeding during pregnancy that don't mean miscarriage. I for one had heavy bright red bleeding all throughout my pregnancy including two massive hemorrhages. My baby boy was perfectly fine and healthy and born full term. I had what is called a subchorionic haematoma.
I know this must be so horrible for you to experience but there isn't much you can do other than see your doctor, try not to worry and rest. No lifting or sex. I hope this helps. xx
Not to scare and worry you, but I must share my experience! Before I had scarlette, I had a missed miscarriage, my spotting started at 7 weeks.. it was brown blood so everyone kept telling me that brown blood was old blood and that the baby would be okay. I kept spotting, eventually I went to the e.r. they said baby wasnt measuring right but I knew when I ovulated!! At my first obgyn appointment a few days later, they told me baby didnt have aheartbeat, I was 7 weeks and 3 days, they said it was likely not a viable pregnancy. They made me come back again, still spotting brown, the following week... to see if baby had a heartbeat, nope. Still no heartbeat. At my last appointment, they checked to see what was in my uterus and baby was measuring even smaller and no heartbeat, and the actual bleeding still hadn't started, so they gave me cytotec to abort the pregnancy and sent me home to have the baby. I was 11 weeks at that point. Now with my last pregnancy I had bright red bleeding, a flow , and spotting, no brown.. at 5 weeks, 6 days. went to the doctor and they detected a heartbeat ! Said baby was fine, and I just knew I was gonna miscarry. I bled all the way to between 11 and 12 weeks, my doctor said it was from my placenta. But scarlette is here !!! So in my experience , brown blood was bad for me. Its definitely alarming. Please cal your doctor and go get checked!
@astridoll they said my hcg hormone was decreasing. Instead of increasing. But theres such a large range that could be fine... and things still not be fine ya know? I'm glad they said that your hcg was okay though ! Did they hear babys heartbeat? Did you go see your doctor? Or go to the emergency room ?
My friend had old brown bleeding and I told her it was normal and it’s just old blood. I told her if she was worry she should go to the ER and she did. She told me the doctor did a ultrasound and the baby was healthy and growing. The doctor told her it was normal and most women experience it in their early pregnancy and some doesn’t.
Now, if you’re worry go to the ER and get look at and see how the baby healthy and growing. Prayers! 🙏🏻✨🤰🏼
“I experience light pink spotting that didn’t last long, but I went into the ER, because of my blood type I was afraid I was going to miscarriage and the doctor did a ultrasound and my son was healthy and growing. The doctor did give me a shot in my arm, so I don’t have to come back in for bleeding again.”

no not cramping. Just that. Today I woke up to my boob leaking milk like crazy I had to clean the bed sheet. My hormone is good.
