I have PCOS and in order to get fertility treatments we both had to be tested. My husband only had to provide a sperm sample.

Yea he had to not doing anything for I think 5 days then Jack off into a cup and hand it in they test it ge ended up having to get surgery and tested again. But it did wonders he couldn't have kids now iv been pregnant 3 times
